Why rotomolding?
1. Rotational molding, including capital equipment (machinery, processing equipment, etc.) is a cost effective option for plastic manufacturing.
2. Rotationally molded parts are 100% stress-free, have excellent impact resistance, and can withstand chemical and environmental attack.
3. Value added features, such as threaded tank necks, inserts, double walls, intricate contours, etc. can be produced via rotomolding.
4. Speed-to-market advantage: once a design is finalized, tooling can be produced in a manner of weeks, offering a distinct advantage over other processes.
5. Rotational molding allows for the integration of multiple parts into one piece, saving on manufacturing and assembly costs.
6. Large products can be rotationally molded for significantly less cost as compared to other structural plastics processes.
7. Many tooling options are available and are relatively low in cost.

specialized in manufacturing aluminum rotational molds, located in Taicang port of Suzhou city, which is close to Shanghai, forth five minutes from Hongqiao Airport, one and half hour from PVG Airport.
Mr Huang the founder of company has more than 20 years experience in molds development, he joined in 2008 Beijing Olympic drum project, 2010 Shanghai Expo Madrid project, China military case projects.
Company has a professional team with over 15 years experience of rotational mold development and production. Also well mastered in developing machinery tanks, fuel tanks, cleaning equipment, outdoor playground products, and so on.
Genernal tools specifications:
1- Foam tooling model as casting patterns. Or, Block CNC machined tools available.
2- Aluminum castings with cast mounting posts. (Nominal 5/16” wall castings).
3- No or minimal porosity, guaranteed not to blow holes.
4- 2” wide x 9/16” parting lines.
5- Tongue and groove parting lines, pins design also available.
6- Tongue is on the side that will mount to arm. (So plastic powder isn’t spilled into groove)
7- Two options for texture, 0.8mm/1.5mm shoot blasted. Mat or shiny available.
8- Fabricated frame, minimum (1-1/2” x 1-1/2” mild steel tubing)
9- Spring loaded mounting system available.
10- Heavy duty Clamps designing available.
